Office Hours
This year, we have a fabulous team representing the Ontario Tech Science Council for the 2020/2021 Academic Term who are excited to answer questions, and are filled with ideas on providing outstanding services and events to the student body.
To allow us to connect better with you and hear your opinions, we are launching our Office Hours. These will be conducted on Google Meets, with two of our executives facilitating each Office Hour time. It will be a simple drop-in format, so join the Meets by clicking the link at the allotted time! Feel free to drop by and say hello!
We at the Ontario Tech Science Council aim to provide students with the necessary resources to excel, grow, and learn during their University journey. Due to the coming academic term being online, the OT Science Council Team has set some time each week to answer any questions they might have. These questions could pertain to the general University life, or specific questions that relate to the OT Science Council.
How does it Work?
As our Office Hours will be conducted online, we would like to set a standard for how we would like each person to behave as this is a Professional setting.

We ask that once you join the link to keep yourselves muted until an executive has called out to you to ask your question

You may ask questions that pertain to the Ontario Tech Science Council or even University related questions

You may choose to open your camera or have it closed; that is up to your personal preference

Once your question has been answered, you are more than welcome to stay in the
meeting if you would like to hear what others are asking.

We ask that you respect the time that the Executives have set out and to come out as earliest as possible within the time frame.
Please note that all of our Executives are also students, and might need to make referrals for some of their answers.
